Wang Duoxiang, Doctor of Management, Professor, and Dean of Innovation Research Institute of Peking University (PKU), Dean of the Beijing Institute of Collaborative Innovation (BICI), and the Director of the Chinese Research Center of Industry-University-Research Integration Innovation System. He served as a corporate executive, Deputy Dean of the PKU College of Engineering, Vice Mayor of the People’s Government of Baotou Municipality (temporary position), and the Vice President of Southern University of Science and Technology. He has strong theoretical capacities and rich experience in industry-university-research cooperation, and obtained fruitful academic achievements in innovation management. Since his service in the BICI, he has developed an advanced mechanism in the construction of modern institutions, application of research results, talent training, and international cooperation, with big influence internationally. His achievements in BICI have been highly recognized by the universities in and outside China, enterprises, state leaders, National People's Congress (NPC) of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and Beijing municipal leaders.
